At Aura Pulse Audio, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

To request a return, please email us at support@aurapulseaudio.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

All return requests are subject to review and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Products showing signs of use, misuse, or physical damage after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Online payment orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping & COD Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • The ₹99 Cash on Delivery (COD) fee is non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aurapulseaudio.shop. We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
